1. Applications:
The equipment is applied for the alcohol recycling in the industries such as pharmacy, food, light industry, chemical and so on, for the purpose of reducing production costs and enhancing the economic benefit.
2. Advantages:
The equipment is such a great device for recycling alcohol to distill rare alcohol at temperature of 30-50 degree up to 90ºC-95ºC, and because of high alcohol degree requirement for the finished product,the circumfluence rate may be enhanced but with result of decreased output of relative finished product, the mellow degree in the residue liquid ≤3degree.
This equipment adapt high efficiency stainless steel corrugated padding material, all surface that touch with alcohol such as tower body, condenser, pressure stabilizer tank, cooling coil pipe are made of stainless steel, to ensure finished alcohol product not be polluted. At the same time, U-shape tube so that the heating external wall and distilling chamber inside can be cleaned. There are two kinds of modes for the equipment to adopt. That is external heating JHW or inner heating JHN, of which the external heating is mainly subject to JH500 structure or more with high speed of evaporation and both alcohol recycling and condensing may be finished.

2. It is particularly designed for recovery of alcohol and organic solvents. The evaporation area and condensate area are greatly expanded by our concentrator, and a defoamer is equipped in the top of evaporation chamber. All these factors enables loss rate of organic solvents to be controlled below 3%.
3. Its evaporating speed is very fast, and concentration proportion can reach above 1.2.
4. The automatic drainage device is installed to reduce labor intensity.
