Perfume Making Machine mainly consists of perfume making vessel which is with mixture and heat-preservation layer, air diaphragm pump, pipeline and precise-filter unit, platform constructure and refrigerating system, with the filtering accuracy up to 2μ M, cooling temperature up to -20 centigrade, and use the sanitary-standard pipeline and valves, easy to clear and can assure the quality. It's mainly applicable for the high-grade perfumes. To mix, alcoholize, level off, defecate, filter and etc. Under normal temperature.
Machine's Advantage:
In our standard perfume making machine, the evaporating coil in the tank working circulation can mixing the perfume,
we also can add pneumatic motor on the top of the tank for mixing.
During the mixing operation, the ingredients (mainly alcohol) are pumped out from the bottom valve by diaphragm pump.
The perfume passes the first and second filters to get it clarified. Then the perfume goes back to the mixing tank waiting for another filtration.
At the same time, the chiller works producing very cold temperature.
The evaporating coil inside the perfume tank transfers the chill to the perfume around it.
The impurity will be resolved from the perfume and filtered during the circulation.
