The main component system:
(1) the main processing equipment
Pre-dispersed homogeneous system
It is a jacketed stainless steel shear kettle equipped with a low speed mixer and a high speed shearer, the speed of the mixer is generally 50rpm, the shear speed is 0 ~ 1450rpm
Grinding system
Online filter + a rough grinding mill + transfer cylinder + two rough grinding mill + transfer cylinder + fine grinding mill (according to the material requirements of the disc and trapezoidal stick sand mill) + transit Cylinder
Glue autoclave: It is a jacketed stainless steel shear kettle equipped with a low speed mixer and a high speed shearer, the speed of the mixer is generally 35rpm, the shear speed is 0 ~ 2900rpm
Modulation kettle: It is a jacketed stainless steel shear kettle equipped with a low-speed mixer and a high-speed shear, the mixer speed is generally 50rpm, the shear speed 0 ~ 1450rpm
