Product Introduction
The whole set of coating production equipment adopts advanced production methods, such as vacuum automatic feeding system, metering system, disc dispersion grinding system, multi-function mixing pulping system, automatic control system, filtering and filling system, etc. The fully closed production process makes the workshop free of dust and the product fineness good. The paint mixing system can produce all kinds of high and low viscosity products. Product quality is stable, easy to clean, filling machine operation is simple, high precision, meet the requirements of various coating production process. The automatic production process reduces the operator's work intensity and avoids the quality problems caused by human factors.

*Application:
The mixing reactor tank and its accessory equipment is for making waterproof paints & coating,and resin,etc. 
The whole set of equipment includes reactor, vertical fractionating column, horizontal condenser, water storage tank, oil spill tank and piping (dilution kettle). All parts of the equipment that contact with the material are all made by stainless steel,and it can choose different configuration according to customer production process. 
A. Operating principle: Break down or recombined the materials through mixing, filling and cooling, to promote the reaction of polymerization. 
B. Components: Body, gears, mixing devices, heating devices, cooling devices, seal, etc. 
C. Auxiliary Equipment: Distillation column, head tank, condenser, water separator, collecting cans, filters, etc.

Filling system:	Two kinds of filling machines: Automatic one and Semi-automatic one. Various packing specification from 0.5L to 1000L are optional.
Working platform:	It can be one floor, two floors, or three floors. The disperser can be placed on the top floor, grinding machine on the second floor and tinting machine on the first floor, top-to-down flow to reduce the residue inside the pipeline effectively.
