Description
1. The series tank has the functions of heating and heat preservation, manufactured, pressure-tested and checked in accordance with the .
2. The standard specifications from 100L to 7000L, and we can design and make as per customer's special requirements.
3. The sealing of mixing shaft is of mechanical seal of imported health class, the decelerator is from famous brand German FLENDER or SEW. The speed of mixer is 36-53 rpm, and also can be frequency control.
4. The joint is of quick-acting type in compliance with ISO standard. The inner tank is made of stainless steel 316L or 304.
5. On the tank's boby has respectively fluid level gauge(the mode is non-contact supersonic, static-pressure transmission or glass tube), breathing apparatus, sterilization steam opening, the rmometer(digital-indicated type or dial type), CIP universal tank-cleaning device, viewing mirror at lamp hole, some fluid inlets & outlets and herringbone hole.
