A biological wastewater inactivation system includes a temporary storage tank and at least two inactivation tanks. Water inlet and sewage outlet are set on the temporary storage tank and inactivation tank. Water delivery pipe is set on the temporary storage tank to connect the water inlet of each inactivation tank. Air inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, cleaning pipe and cleaning device with internal cleaning pipe are set on the temporary storage tank and inactivation tank. Steam generation device is connected to the air inlet pipe, The cleaning pipe is externally connected with a detergent device and a disinfectant device, and the inactivation tank is provided with an "L" type adapter pipe. One end of the "L" type adapter pipe is internally connected with an air inlet pipe, and the other end is equipped with a silent steam water mixer; The temporary storage tank and inactivation tank are also equipped with temperature meter, pressure sensor and liquid level sensor, and connected with PLC controller through communication. (3) By setting an L-shaped adapter pipe and a silent steam water mixer in the inactivation tank, the system ensures that the steam and the biological wastewater are fully contacted and mixed, and makes the biological wastewater reciprocate in the inactivation tank, which not only improves the inactivation efficiency, but also prevents the scale in the biological wastewater from condensing on the inner wall of the inactivation tank when the biological wastewater is inactivated, Thus, the workload of subsequent descaling and cleaning is greatly reduced;
