*Working principle
1, with wet ultrafine grinding, crushing, mixing, emulsifying, dispersing, homogenizing, stirring function;
2, colloid mill work is by a pair of tapered rotary gear and fixed gear for the relative motion, the material through the rotor tooth gap subjected to shearing forces, friction, centrifugal force and high frequency vibration, to crushing, emulsifying, homogenizing, dispersing the;
3, split type colloid mill motor and a grinding seat separation, has good stability, convenient operation, the use of motors, long life and other characteristics, does not produce material leakage phenomenon of the motor from being burnt. Labyrinth seal, no wear, corrosion resistance, less fault. Through the belt drive, change the transmission ratio, improve the speed, can make the material finer grinding;
4, the product of the body and material contact parts are made of stainless steel material SUS304 or 316L.
