The High Shear Vacuum Homogenizer Emusifying Mixer is consisted of water pot , oil pot , emulsifying pot , vacuum system , lifting system ( hydraulic lift ) , electric control system , heating system , mixer system , operation platform .

Characteristic:
1< High efficient emulsifier: it is a high efficient German compound homogeneous emulsifier with six-layer shear teeth of special structure, its emulsification effect for materials which goes through the emulsifier is dozens of times than that of common ones.
2> Lift type homogeneous emulsifier: it can work under various states and a wide range of material can be emulsified by it. It has little dead space in production and less discharge residue.
It can work continuously for a long time, it is superior to other kinds of emulsifiers in terms of functions.
3> Under-totally-enclosed vacuum status to operate internal & external circulation. Absorbing powder from the bottom; unique one-key powder adsorbing function at the bottom to ensure powder to be dispersed and emulsified evenly.
4>Emulsifier with absorbing and discharging functions: it can feed materials from the upper and lower parts respectively or simultaneously; it can emulsify materials while feeding and has long distance delivery function and can prevent secondary pollution to finished products.
5>Dead space-free multi-function flow disturbance stirring system; it may effectively improve the stirring rate and mixing effects.
