Production process of soybean phospholipid
(1) Degumming process of degumming oil can be divided into intermittent and continuous. The intermittent method is to first raise the temperature of the crude oil to 70~82 ºC, then add 2%~3% water and some additives (such as acetic anhydride). With stirring, the oil and water are fully hydrated in the reactor for 30~60min. The reacted materials are sent to the degumming centrifuge L101.
Continuous degumming is carried out in the pipeline, that is, the continuous production of raw crude oil is basically realized through oil hydration, phospholipid separation, finished product warehousing and other processes. The feeding method is to continuously feed a certain amount of water or steam and oil into the pipeline at the same time, so that the oil and water can be fully mixed in the pipeline.
(2) After degumming of dehydrated crude oil, the oil and phospholipid separated from the centrifuge must be dehydrated with concentration equipment L102 (such as film evaporator). Intermittent dehydration and continuous dehydration can also be adopted. Intermittent dehydration is vacuum evaporation at 65~70 ºC. For continuous dehydration, thin film evaporator is used to evaporate for 2min at a pressure of 2.0~2.7kPa and about 115 ºC. The final product moisture content shall be less than 0.5%. The dehydrated colloid must be rapidly cooled to below 50 ºC to avoid darkening. Since colloidal phospholipids are generally stored for more than a few hours, dilute hydrogen peroxide is often added to the wet gel to prevent bacterial spoilage.
(3) 3% hydrogen peroxide is used for decolorization in D102. When the dosage is 1.5%, the decolorization degree can be reduced by 14. When 1.5% benzoyl peroxide is used to decolorize twice, the chromaticity can be reduced by 12. Each peroxide acts on different color systems, such as hydrogen peroxide to reduce brown pigment, which is very effective in treating yellow. Benzoyl peroxide can reduce the red pigment, which is more effective for red treatment. The two decolorizing agents can be used together to obtain phospholipids with fairly light color. The optimum decolorization temperature is 70 ºC. In addition, sodium hypochlorite and activated carbon are also used for decolorization.
(4) Drying. Batch drying of phospholipids is the most common method, and vacuum drying is the most reasonable method. Since phospholipid needs to prevent foam during vacuum drying, vacuum drying is difficult. The vacuum degree must be carefully controlled and a longer drying time (3~4h) must be used. In addition, film drying is also a very successful method, which can prevent phospholipid from blackening through the cooling circuit, and has a good effect on removing acetic acid residues added in the degumming process.
(5) Refine to remove impurities such as oil and fatty acid in crude phospholipids, so as to obtain phospholipids with high content. Prepare crude phospholipid and acetone in the ratio of 1: (3~5) (mass ratio), continue to stir in D101 when it is cooled, oil and fatty acid are dissolved in acetone, phospholipid precipitates and separated. Then add acetone to the sediment, and treat it for 2-3 times under the same stirring until the phospholipid is stirred into powder. Then, the powdered phospholipid and acetone are mixed into a paste, added into a basket centrifuge for separation, and most of the acetone is removed. Then, the powdered phospholipid is loosened, sieved, and dried in a vacuum drying oven. The vacuum degree of the oven shall be controlled at about 47.4kPa, and it can be packaged after baking at 60~80 ºC until there is no acetone smell.
