JZSPU Series water-based resin plants
The water-based PU resin plants are designed according to the most advanced water-based PU resin production process(self-emulsifying method-acetone method )in the world.
The whole set of equipment includes polyester reactor, vertical fractionating column, horizontal condenser, water storage tank, emulsifying tank, Desolventizing tank,
oil spill tank and piping (dilution kettle). All parts of the equipment that contact with the material are all made by stainless steel.
