Product Description

*Application of vacuum mixer   
       The vacuum mixer is suitable for the blending, homogenizing, emulsifying, reacting, dispersing, solving and seasoning process of solid-solid phase, solid-liquid phase and liquid -liquid phasematerials such as the preparation of cosmetic cream, gel, food paste, pharmaceutical ointment, ink, pigment, adhesive composition etc.

*(1) Vacuum homogenizing mixer

A) High Efficiency vacuum homogenzing mixer: German imported compound homogenizer with shearing teeth of six-levels structure, shear more times than ever, transient partial pressure can reach up to 100Mpa, its emulsifying effect is much better than that of common ones. 
B) Up&Down Lift Homogenizer: Can work under vaious conditions and a wide range of raw materials can be emulsified by it. No dead corner in production and less discharged residue. Homogenizer can work continuously and long hours, it is the best emulsifier than others of us. 
C) Absorbing and Discharging: Can feed raw materials from top and bottom respectively or feed simultaneously. Can emulsify raw materials while being fed. Has the function of long-distance delivery which prevents secondary pollution to finished goods. 
D) Absorbing Powder From Bottom: One-click button on the bottom to absorb powder. 
E) Multifunctional Dear-Corner Mixing System: Improve stirring and mixing effect.

*(2)Chemical Vacuum Planetary Mixer

*General introduction:
The work head of the planetary mixer generally comprises two mixing paddles and one scraper. The two paddles rotate around their own axis while revolving along the internal wall of the container. The rotation and revolution of the paddles and scraper bring the peripheral materials to the interior. After one revolution, the paddles have passed through the entire internal space, after 3 rounds, most of the materials sufficiently mixed and all materials thoroughly mixed after only 36 revolutions. 
*Characteristics:
1). It is high efficient, multifunctional equipment combining reaction, mixing, blending and dispersion.
2). Suitable for the production process of liquid-liquid, solid-liquid, ointment-ointment, powder-ointment and materials with huge difference of density and proportion or from low to high viscosity (1,500,000Cps).
3). The mechanical seal and (echelon) soft seal between the vessels enable the materials to be processed under vacuum condition.
4). The vessel body can be heated by electricity, steam, water or oil. The peculiar temperature sensor on the driving shaft ensures the temperature error under ±1°C,
5). The jacket structure facilitates heating up and cooling down.
6). The vessel inner wall is processed by lathe and then automatically polished by the big polishing machine, ensuring the rotating kinetic scraper thoroughly scraps off the materials stuck on the inner wall.
7). The agitators will rotate as it revolves to thoroughly mix the materials. The mixing effect will be obtained within a short period with more than ten times faster than normal mixer.
8). The rotation and revolution of the agitator and the scraper are all controlled by the inverter.
9). It can be equipped with the extruder.
10). Different mixing forms are available as options according to different process.
