This system is a Professional Multifunctional Production Line Equipment of Cream Emulsifier for Pharmaceutical Laboratory
1.All constructors (including pipes) which contact with raw materials are made from SUS316L, and the surface is polished. Others are SUS304, surface polishing. The sealing material is fluorinated rubber (VITON), scraper material PTFE, pipeline is connected by TRI-CLAMP, easy to disassemble and assemble. The external motor is equipped with stainless steel shield.
2.Welding treatment: all welding parts are full welding, fillet transition (welding seam be treated with pickling and passivation before welding).
equipment function:
1.The main pan is filled with liquid and trace elements. The water pan and oil pan are half-open, which is convenient for feeding.
2.Main pot: Vacuum feeding function.
3.Frame-type mixing and blade-type mixing are operated in reverse direction, variable frequency speed regulation, frame-type mixing is equipped with scraper, no dead angle.

5.The bottom of the main pot adopts the bottom valve, which has the function of positive pressure discharging and no dead angle.
6.Emulsifying pot and prefabricated pot are all three layers with jackets inside, which can be heated or cooled by feeding water.
7.Hydraulic lifting function of main pot cover. The pouring function of the pot body facilitates the cleaning of the pot.
8.The control panel has switch on, off, emergency stop switch, upper and lower limit setting display of adjusting temperature, mixing speed (frequency conversion). Control settings of speed and homogenization time, vacuum, lighting, including all functions of premix pan, Lifting control of hydraulic system
9.The main pot cover is equipped with a lighting lamp and a wiping mirror for easy observation of the state of the pot.
10.Equipped with emergency stop function.
