1. This is a complete resin plant, it includes reaction system, heating system, vacuum system, and all connecting pipes and valves, platform and electrical control cabinet, take it to your factory you can start to study the formula.
By the way, this plant is equipped the inner coil to cool by water, if you plan to cool by oil, please let me know, we will revise the design
2. Our technology of design for the pre-heating system is more matures, all connecting points is welding well(using advanced welding procedure, brazing alloy in place, without air hole and penetrator, long life and no leakage and good looking), the pipes,valves, oil tank and pump in the pre-heating system are high temperature, their high temperature resistance can reach 300ºC(We also can design the high temperature resistance according to your requirements). The other suppliers can't do that or do that not good as ours(you can compare their pilot resin plant with ours in the market )
3. And all electric devices are ex-proof(such as heating tube, motor, pump, electric control cabinet) , more safe to do chemical experiment.

*Mixing system for reactor
Mixing system is the core component of reactor, a cutom-made stirrer is your key to success. stirrer selection is related with the material's viscosity, liquid-solid ratio, proportion of liquid, solid's internal pipe coil etc.
*Main feature
Chemical Processing Machine: stainless steel chemical reaction vessel(reactor) is heated by the external coil or jacket to supply heat transfer conduction oil / steam / water, it is an ideal equipment of low power and high heating temperature and large volume.
