Structural features:

4. The internal and external polishing of the equipment meets GMP requirements. All instruments, valves and mirrors are reasonably configured and easy to operate.
Operation points:
1. Before using the equipment, the tank must be cleaned with light hot water, and then sterilized with steam. All kinds of materials enter the tank through the material pipe fixed on the tank cover, or open the tank cover to pour in. The input materials should not be filled too full, so as to avoid the material splashing out when being stirred, which will cause environmental hygiene or loss.
2. At the end of mixing, the remaining materials in the tank should be drained, washed with warm water as soon as possible to brush off the attached materials, and then the inner wall of the container should be cleaned with 40 ºC~ 50 ºC alkaline water and washed with clean water for the next use.
3. Always pay attention to the working condition of the whole equipment and reducer. When the lubricating oil of reducer is insufficient, it should be supplemented in time
